Fun, fun, fun day at course... The Incredible Years is a course my boss has sent me off on with 4 other teachers from school.
We are learning about the important years from 5 - 8 and how we can influence a child's life for, not just good... but great!
There's such a lot to digest and it moves quickly. Most of it (at this point) is plugging into what we already know, sharing ideas, etc. It's loads of fun and so special to be doing it with the staff. I'm really motivated by what I'm doing and learning and it's so nice to be able to go and do the homework/schoolwork. It fits in nicely with my goal of getting to know my families better this year. So, there is a class every 3 weeks for six months or so.
Loads to learn and loads to do... bring it on!
